To offer the best service to our customers, we do not allow returns or exchanges. There are also absolutely no refunds. Due to hygiene purposes, our beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged. If our product was damaged before unwrapping/use and or you have not received your order on time, then this matter will be dealt with accordingly.
